Dr. Feltner has a Ph.D. in Leadership, a M.Div. in Theology, and a B.A. in Organizational Communication. He has spent the last 27 years in vocational ministry and has his own ministry called Lead Well Ministries.

Dr. Feltner is the Lead Pastor at Faith Family Church since the inception of the church. In the past he has served in pastoral ministry in the areas of preaching, vision casting, adult discipleship, and international missions.

In 2016-2017, Dr. Feltner pastored the 10th fastest growing church in America according to Outreach Magazine. He has taught at three different seminaries in the area of leadership and pastoral ministry. In addition to teaching, Dr. Feltner has supervised doctoral dissertations.

In 2019, Dr. Feltner authored his first book entitled All Sides of the Savior: Exploring the Humanity of Jesus and recently published Under the Sun: A Search for Meaning.

Kathy is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She received additional training through many additional hours of continuing education in both early childhood development and childcare management.

She began working as an early childhood teacher in 1996 and then spent many years as a center director for a large chain of licensed and accredited childcare centers, where she was responsible for all aspects of the business. This was followed by other business management and administrative positions before she spent a number of years at home raising her daughter and son.

Prior to coming to Faith Family, Kathy worked as the administrative assistant for a local private Christian school where she also helped to license their preschool and managed the before-and-after school care program. She has spent the last eight years as a homeschool parent using her administration and relationship skills by volunteering in several homeschool organizations.

Kathy lives in Eagan with her husband Paul and their son, Drew. They have been married for over twenty years and have been a part of Faith Family Church from its beginning.
